Greener Space would like to hear from you if you're wanting to garden, and get paid, around Budleigh Salterton, East Devon.
We are passionate about gardening, and if you are too, read on. We have some core beliefs that make this company.
1. Passion
First and foremost we're looking for passion; a passion for gardening, for the organic movement, for being punctual, for dressing smartly, for being kind with our clients, and a passion for Greener Space itself.
We will also provide passion to you; by providing at the very least a living wage and probably more, by investing time to provide training and regular meetings about the job, and by ensuring that the job is right for you. We value health and safety at all times as a priority in all our work. We are accredited by the Living Wage Foundation as a Living Wage Employer. Employees are given First Aid training (EFAW and FAW).
2. Flexibility
We encourage our employees to work the hours that fit in with their life. For example there may be the school run to do or someone to care for. Either way, working for Greener Space is great as we try to fit around your life.
We are also looking for flexibility from you, with changing weather and the cold months of winter, it's always best to be flexible when gardening.
3. Gardening Skills
Although gardening skills are important, they are not a requirement, as we can provide on the job training. However, gardening skills are certainly a bonus. We're interested in those with knowledge about plants and especially trees, shrubs, herbaceous perennials and weeds as found in the UK's beds and borders.
4. Physical Fitness
We expect all our employees to be physically fit, and able to work in all weather conditions.

We are based in the beautiful town of Budleigh Salterton and all our work is within 10 kilometres, so we would hope that you either live in this area or are thinking of moving here.
