Greener Space Ltd collects relevant contact information (including name, addresses, telephone numbers, and email addresses) and written and photographic details in relation to the service quoted for or provided. The purpose is to provide a service or quote and / or keep the named person updated about Greener Space Ltd activities. The legal basis for the collection and storage of data is Consent or is required for Greener Space Ltd to fulfill it’s services.
Greener Space Ltd does not store financial information, unless for a supplier, contractor or employee that requires payment. Most payments to Greener Space Ltd are made via Direct Debit, and this information is stored and managed by a GDPR compliant third-party processor (currently GoCardless).
How we protect personal data
All data is stored via password protected machines, is encrypted at rest and is transmitted in encrypted format. All third-party processors that we use are GDPR compliant.
Who else has access to the information provided to us?
Greener Space Ltd will never sell personal data nor will we share it with any third parties, except where required to do so by law.
How long do we keep personal data information?
We will review personal data every year to establish whether we are still entitled to process it. If we decide that we are not entitled to do so, we will stop processing the personal data other than retaining it in an archived form in order to be able to comply with future legal obligations (e.g. compliance with tax requirements and exemptions).
