Monthly Contracts
We work mainly with clients on annual agreements with regular equal monthly payments. With the annual cost of maintenance spread equally across twelve months, clients can budget precisely on the maintenance of their gardens.
- All contracts are based on a "Maintenance Specification" which details all aspects of the garden maintenance
- Specific tasks not included in the Maintenance Specification can also be undertaken and quoted/invoiced as needed - this service tends to only be available to clients on monthly contracts.
- The Maintenance Specification can be changed or renegotiated as needed according to the terms and conditions
- We are able to arrange regular meetings for updates or advice as required by the client
- All invoices are paid automatically by Direct Debit, bringing both protection for our clients, and ease of use
- Invoices are sent via email a minimum 7-10 days before payment
