• Staff use mobile apps to log location, time, type of work at all times, so that we ensure that all aspects of maintenance are seamlessly carried out
• Staff are fully trained in First Aid (EFAW and FAW)
• Research & Development: continuously improving our knowledge in all aspects of our work 
• Monthly invoices paid by Direct Debit
• Provide formal quotes and estimates for project work
• Are members of horticultural and professional organisations such as the LJN, RHS and Garden Organic
